Krav Maga San Diego, Inc. women’s class on Sunday, August 11th, at the JCC in University City. Recommended for 13 years and older.
THIS is San Diego’s ONLY REAL Krav Maga Women’s Self-Defense training program. This class is NOT being taught by “Play It Safe Defense,” but we highly recommend the training.
WHAT YOU LEARN IN KMSD WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING EVENTS: Using your Intuition; Avoiding Danger; How to NOT “Look Like a Victim”. How/where to strike a potential attacker with an effective preemptive strike. How to escape from the most likely attacks.
