This class has been designed to offer the best and most practical self-defense techniques for the average woman in realistic assault situations. All students receive full-contact training.  Students will learn: prevention, boundary setting, verbal, physical defense, and the importance of voice, confidence and awareness. High and College safety issues will be discussed, as well as acquaintance assault and stranger defense. Physical self-defense techniques will be practiced on male instructors wearing protective gear. This class is taught by Tracie Arlington, black-belt and nationally certified instructor for the “Women’s Self Defense Institute.
