Students will learn the 10 most common ways women are attacked.  Students also learn prevention, verbal defense, boundary setting and the importance of confidence, voice and awareness. Safety issues will be discussed for all ages. This class is taught by Tracie Arlington, black-belt and nationally certified rape-defense instructor.
